The European Association for Multi-Agent Systems (EURAMAS) offers some grants towards the costs of students attending EASSS 2016. These grants will cover the early registration fee.

Students coming from a European institution are eligible to apply for a grant.

In order to apply, it is necessary to submit the following documentation:

  • A brief CV.
  • Some proof of full-time graduate or undergraduate student status (for instance, this can simply be a letter or an email from your supervisor or from your departmental office of graduate or undergraduate studies verifying your status).
  • Letter from the supervisor stating why the grant is necessary to allow the student to attend EASSS 2016. It should mention whether the applicant will be receiving travel support from other sources.

All this documentation should be sent (preferably as a zip file of PDF documents) to: mentioning “[EASSS-2016] Grant Request” in the e-mail’s subject.

Priority will be given to those students which have greater need for the grants. A selection will be made based on the submitted documents.
